Yes. Copy one snippet into your site and the chat window is live, with no plugin and no rebuild. You choose which pages it may appear on, and you can put it behind a QR code for a table, a menu or a business card.
When a visitor leaves an email or phone number, asks for a call back, wants to book, order or complain, or has a problem your twin cannot solve, your twin opens a request and you get an email right away. The request waits under Inbox > Requests with the whole chat until you mark it done.
Yes. Add your services with price and duration under Teach > Booking, and your twin explains them and helps visitors book. You can also add your own booking link, such as Calendly, and your twin sends visitors there when they are ready.
Questions it could not answer are collected under Inbox > Unanswered. Add the missing answer in training and your twin knows it from then on.
Yes. Your data trains only your twin, stays private, and everything you create is always yours to download or delete.
In the EU, on servers in Germany. The AI providers that write answers and voices are listed in the privacy policy; some of them are in the USA and work under EU standard contractual clauses. Visitor conversations are deleted after 60 days, analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent, and you can download or delete your own data at any time.
Yes. You can keep your profile private (only you can access it) or make it public with a shareable link. You're always in control.
Yes. Your twin answers practical questions from your own content, such as opening hours, how to prepare or what something costs. In training you list the topics it must not discuss, for example medical or legal advice, and visitors who need you in person can leave a request.
No. Anyone with your link opens the page in a browser and starts talking. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
It answers from your content and says so when it does not know. You can review, correct and retrain it anytime.
Yes. Everything you create stays yours. You can download it, correct it, or delete a single training item, a video, or the whole twin whenever you want.
Yes. Your profile code is the last part of talkmie.com/yourname and you can edit it under My page. Every code is unique, so the new one has to be free.
