# TalkMie

> TalkMie is a digital twin platform for people and businesses. You train a twin on your own text, voice notes, photos and documents, and it answers visitors at your own address, talkmie.com/yourname, and in a chat window on your website, around the clock and in any language. The same twin speaks in your own voice and turns what it knows into short videos narrated in that voice.

Voice chat (visitors talk to the twin out loud, in the owner's own voice) is part of Pro and Business.
- Videos, bought once, excluding VAT: EUR 7.99 for a 30 second branded video and EUR 4.99 for every 30 seconds more, up to 2 minutes (60 seconds EUR 12.98, 90 seconds EUR 17.97, 2 minutes EUR 22.96). Eight kinds: an introduction from what the twin knows, the owner's website (copy, colors, logo), their services with prices, their life story, a CV, tips, answers to common questions or an announcement. In 9:16, 16:9 or 1:1, narrated in the owner's own voice once it is recorded, otherwise in a natural stock voice, with optional subtitles. One change after delivery is included, each further change is EUR 4.99. Videos can be downloaded, shared with a public link or shown on the twin's public page.
- On the home page the video kinds are offered by starting point: Website to Video (paste a link), CV to Video, Chat to Video (from what the twin already knows), Tips to Video (just a topic), FAQ to Video and News to Video (a launch, an offer or an event), plus Services to Video and Life story to Video.
- Training material: text, voice notes, photos, documents, a booking link, and a one-step life story import from ChatGPT.
- A twin answers in the language the visitor writes in. The interface is available in English, Czech and Turkish.
- A published twin has its own address in the form talkmie.com/profiles/yourname; the short link talkmie.com/yourname opens the same page. A copy and paste snippet puts the same twin on any website.
- Requests: when a visitor leaves an email or phone number, asks for a call back, wants to book, order or complain, or has a problem the twin cannot solve, the twin opens a request and the owner gets an email. Requests wait in the owner's inbox with the whole chat until marked done.
- Bookings: owners list services with price and duration, and the twin explains them and helps visitors book, or sends them to the owner's own booking link such as Calendly.
- Questions the twin could not answer are collected in one list, so the owner knows what to teach it next.
- Owners list topics the twin must not discuss, for example medical or legal advice, and choose on which websites the chat window may appear.
- Owners can keep a twin private or public, and can download or delete anything they create.
- Hosting and privacy: servers in Germany (EU). The AI providers that write answers and voices are listed in the privacy policy; some are in the USA and work under EU standard contractual clauses. Visitor conversations are deleted after 60 days. Analytics and marketing cookies run only with consent.

### How long does it take to get my twin online?
Under five minutes. You add your name and a short bio, drop in a first batch of text or voice notes, then publish your page with one click. You can keep training it afterwards.

### What does TalkMie cost?
The Free plan is €0 and includes 1,000 messages a month. Starter is €4.99 a month for 5,000 messages. Pro is €9.99 for 10,000 messages, a custom chat icon and the option to hide the TalkMie badge. Business is €19.99 for 25,000 messages with the same extras. Pro and Business also let visitors talk to your twin out loud, in your own voice. Prices are plus VAT.

### How does my twin get my voice?
From your own recordings. Under Voice you read three short texts aloud, or upload a recording, and your twin's voice is built from them.

### Can my twin speak other languages?
Yes. Your twin answers in the language the visitor writes in, and videos are narrated in your own voice or in a natural stock voice.

### What can I train my twin with?
Text you paste or type, voice notes, photos, documents and your booking link. You can also import your life story from ChatGPT in one step. Voice notes do double duty: they teach your twin what you know and how you sound.

### What is a TalkMie video and what does it cost?
A short branded video, from 30 seconds to 2 minutes, made from what your twin knows: an introduction, your website, your services, your life story, your CV, tips, answers to common questions or an announcement. It has your colors, your logo and your words, narrated in your own voice once you have recorded it. 30 seconds is €7.99 and every 30 seconds more is €4.99, plus VAT, bought once with no subscription. One change after you watch it is included, and each further change is €4.99.

### Can I put my twin on my own website?
Yes. Copy one snippet into your site and the chat window is live, with no plugin and no rebuild. You choose which pages it may appear on, and you can put it behind a QR code for a table, a menu or a business card.

### What happens when a visitor needs me?
When a visitor leaves an email or phone number, asks for a call back, wants to book, order or complain, or has a problem your twin cannot solve, your twin opens a request and you get an email right away. The request waits under Inbox > Requests with the whole chat until you mark it done.

### Can visitors book through my twin?
Yes. Add your services with price and duration under Teach > Booking, and your twin explains them and helps visitors book. You can also add your own booking link, such as Calendly, and your twin sends visitors there when they are ready.

### How do I see what my twin could not answer?
Questions it could not answer are collected under Inbox > Unanswered. Add the missing answer in training and your twin knows it from then on.

### Is my data private?
Yes. Your data trains only your twin, stays private, and everything you create is always yours to download or delete.

### Where is my data stored?
In the EU, on servers in Germany. The AI providers that write answers and voices are listed in the privacy policy; some of them are in the USA and work under EU standard contractual clauses. Visitor conversations are deleted after 60 days, analytics and marketing cookies run only with your consent, and you can download or delete your own data at any time.

### Can I control who talks to my twin?
Yes. You can keep your profile private (only you can access it) or make it public with a shareable link. You're always in control.

### Can doctors, lawyers or coaches use TalkMie?
Yes. Your twin answers practical questions from your own content, such as opening hours, how to prepare or what something costs. In training you list the topics it must not discuss, for example medical or legal advice, and visitors who need you in person can leave a request.

### Do visitors need an app or an account?
No. Anyone with your link opens the page in a browser and starts talking. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.

### What if my twin says something wrong?
It answers from your content and says so when it does not know. You can review, correct and retrain it anytime.

### Can I delete my twin or my data?
Yes. Everything you create stays yours. You can download it, correct it, or delete a single training item, a video, or the whole twin whenever you want.

### Can I change my link later?
Yes. Your profile code is the last part of talkmie.com/yourname and you can edit it under My page. Every code is unique, so the new one has to be free.

### Do I need technical skills to set it up?
No. There is nothing to code and nothing to configure, and the business embed is a single copy-paste snippet.
