Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TalkMie, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

TalkMie allows you to create an AI twin trained on content you upload (text, voice, photos, documents). You can share a public profile page where others can chat with your AI twin.

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant TalkMie a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service (generating embeddings, transcriptions, and AI responses).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload. Do not upload content that is illegal, violates third-party rights, or contains personal data of others without their consent.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal purposes or to harm others
• Impersonate another person or create misleading AI twins
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform
• Upload content that is abusive, harassing, or violates others' privacy
• Use the service to generate spam or unsolicited communications

TalkMie allows profile owners to list paid services, photos, and documents. TalkMie is a platform only — we are not a party to transactions between profile owners and visitors. Payment processing, fulfilment, and disputes are between the two parties.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

You may delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

TalkMie is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
